1)범죄한 가인의 모습 Cain's Criminal Appearance

13 가인이 여호와께 고하되 내 죄벌이 너무 중하여 견딜 수 없나이다14 주께서 오늘 이 지면에서 나를 쫓아 내시온즉 내가 주의 낯을 뵈옵지 못하리니 내가 땅에서 피하며 유리하는 자가 될찌라 무릇 나를 만나는 자가 나를 죽이겠나이다(창4:13-14)

13 Cain said to the LORD, "My punishment is greater than I can bear.

14 Behold, you have driven me today away from the ground, and from your face I shall be hidden. I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me."(Genesis 4:13-14)

💦죄인을 결코 사하지 아니하시느니라 The LORD will by no means clear the guilty

3 여호와는 노하기를 더디하시며 권능이 크시며 죄인을 결코 사하지 아니하시느니라 여호와의 길은 회리바람과 광풍에 있고 구름은 그 발의 티끌이로다 (나훔 1:3)

3) 죄인을 부르러 왔노라 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners

예수께서 들으시고 그들에게 이르시되 건강한 자에게는 의사가 쓸 데 없고 병든 자에게라야 쓸 데 있느니라 나는 의인을 부르러 온 것이 아니요 죄인을 부르러 왔노라 하시니라(막 2:17)

17 And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners."(Mark 2:17)

13 너희는 가서 ^*내가 긍휼을 원하고 제사를 원치 아니하노라 하신 뜻이 무엇인지 배우라 내가 의인을 부르러 온 것이 아니요 죄인을 부르러 왔노라 하시니라 (마9:13)

5) 세리와 죄인의 친구로다 a friend of tax collectors and sinners

19 인자는 와서 먹고 마시매 말하기를 보라 먹기를 탐하고 포도주를 즐기는 사람이요 세리와 죄인의 친구로다 하니 지혜는 그 ^①행한 일로 인하여 옳다 함을 얻느니라(마 11:19)

19 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Look at him! A glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!' Yet wisdom is justified by her deeds." (Matthew 11:19)

6)죄인에게 제일 좋은 옷을 내어다가 입히고 'Bring quickly the best robe  to sinner 

22 아버지는 종들에게 이르되 제일 좋은 옷을 내어다가 입히고 손에 가락지를 끼우고 발에 신을 신기라(눅 15:22)

 22 But the father said to his servants, 'Bring quickly the best robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet.(Luke 15:22)

7)나는 죄인이로소이다  a sinner

13 세리는 멀리 서서 감히 눈을 들어 하늘을 우러러 보지도 못하고 다만 가슴을 치며 가로되 하나님이여 불쌍히 여기옵소서 나는 죄인이로소이다 하였느니라(눅 18:13)

13 But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me, a sinner!'(Luke 18:13)

8)하나님의 사랑  God's love

16 하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사 독생자를 주셨으니 이는 저를 믿는 자마다 멸망치 않고 영생을 얻게 하려 하심이니라(요3:16) 

16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.(John3:16)

9)그에게서 하나님의 하시는 일을 나타내고자 하심이니라  but that the works of God might be displayed in him

2 제자들이 물어 가로되 랍비여 이 사람이 소경으로 난 것이 뉘 죄로 인함이오니이까 자기오니이까 그 부모오니이까

3 예수께서 대답하시되 이 사람이나 그 부모가 죄를 범한 것이 아니라 그에게서 하나님의 하시는 일을 나타내고자 하심이니라(요 9:2-3)

2 And his disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"

3 Jesus answered, "It was not that this man sinned, or his parents, but that the works of God might be displayed in him.(John 9:2-3)

10)죄에 대하여라 함은 저희가 나를 믿지 아니함이요 concerning sin, because they do not believe in me;

10 의에 대하여라 함은 내가 아버지께로 가니 너희가 다시 나를 보지 못함이요

11 심판에 대하여라 함은 이 세상 임금이 심판을 받았음이니라(요 16:9-11)

9 concerning sin, because they do not believe in me;

10 concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer;

11 concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.(John 16:9-11)

11)우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때 while we were still sinners

8 우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을 확증하셨느니라(롬 5:8)

8 but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.(romans5:8)

12)이 사망의 몸에서 누가 나를 건져 내랴 Who will deliver me from this body of death

23 내 지체 속에서 한 다른 법이 내 마음의 법과 싸워 내 지체 속에 있는 죄의 법 아래로 나를 사로잡아 오는 것을 보는도다

24 오호라 나는 곤고한 사람이로다 이 사망의 몸에서 누가 나를 건져 내랴(롬 7:23-24)

23 but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members.

24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?(Roman 7:23-24)

13)육체로 끝맺으려 함은 어리석은 일임  It is foolish to try to end in the flesh

3 너희가 이같이 어리석으냐 성령으로 시작하였다가 이제는 육체로 마치겠느냐(갈3:3)

3 Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?(Galatians 3:3)

14)육체의 소욕은 성령을 거스리고 성령의 소욕은 육체를 거스리나니 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh

17 육체의 소욕은 성령을 거스리고 성령의 소욕은 육체를 거스리나니 이 둘이 서로 대적함으로 너희의 원하는 것을 하지 못하게 하려 함이니라(갈5:17)

17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.(Galatians 5:17)

15)옛사람을 벗고 새 사람을 입음 Take off the old man and put on the new man

22 너희는 유혹의 욕심을 따라 썩어져 가는 구습을 좇는 옛 사람을 벗어 버리고

23 오직 심령으로 새롭게 되어

24 하나님을 따라 의와 진리의 거룩함으로 지으심을 받은 새 사람을 입으라(엡4:22-24)

22 to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires,

23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds,

24 and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness. (Ephesians 4;22-24)

16)하나님의 성령을 근심하게 하지 말것 Do not grieve the Spirit of God

30 하나님의 성령을 근심하게 하지 말라 그 안에서 너희가 구속의 날까지 인치심을 받았느니라 (엡4:30)

30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. (Ephesians 4:30)

17)마귀를 대적하라 Resist the devil

7 그런즉 너희는 하나님께 순복할찌어다 마귀를 대적하라 그리하면 너희를 피하리라

8 하나님을 가까이 하라 그리하면 너희를 가까이 하시리라 죄인들아 손을 깨끗이 하라 두 마음을 품은 자들아 마음을 성결케 하라(야4:7-8)

 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.(James 4:7-8)

18)영혼을 거스려 싸우는 육체의 정욕을 제어하라which wage war against your soul

11 〔하나님의 종과 같이 하라〕 사랑하는 자들아 나그네와 행인 같은 너희를 권하노니 영혼을 거스려 싸우는 육체의 정욕을 제어하라(벧전 2:11)

11 Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul.(1Peter 2:11)

19)돼지가 진흙탕에 도로 들어가는 일 pigs getting back into mud

21 의의 도를 안 후에 받은 거룩한 명령을 저버리는 것보다 알지 못하는 것이 도리어 저희에게 나으니라

22 참 속담에 이르기를 ^*개가 그 토하였던 것에 돌아가고 돼지가 씻었다가 더러운 구덩이에 도로 누웠다 하는 말이 저희에게 응하였도다(벧후 2:21-22)

21 For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them.

22 What the true proverb says has happened to them: "The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire."(2Peter  2:21-22)

“죄인 한 영혼을 사랑할 줄 모르는 사람은 
아직도 그리스도를 사랑하는 사람이 아니며 
하나님의 사랑을 체험하지 못한 사람과 동일하다.” 

뮬러는 모든 인간이 다 하나님의 앞에 설 수 없는 죄인임을 깨닫고 
만나는 모든 사람들에게 뜨거운 사랑으로 
하나님의 사랑을 전하는 일에 최선을 다했습니다. 

그가 고아원을 통해서 그렇게 많은 고아들을 양육할 수 있었던 것도 
바로 이런 사랑으로 기인한 것입니다. 
개인적으로 하나님의 사랑을 체험한 그는 
길가에 버려진 고아들을 사랑할 수밖에 없었으며, 
자신의 재능과 물질과 마음과 몸을 드리며

 He had no choice but to love the orphans abandoned by the roadside,

 giving his talents, material things, mind and body,

 He devoted his entire life to running orphanages and missionary work.

 It is said that there are four stages to love:

 (1) stage of interest;

 (2) the stage of understanding;

 (3) the level of devotion that gives heart and material;

 (4) This is the stage of unconditional sacrifice, even giving up one's own life.

 Looking at Mueller's life, he was the one who lived up to the last stage of love.

 He became the father of orphans

한송이 꽃을 가꾸고 돌보는 일은 결코 쉽지 않은 일이기에 그 일을 이루었다면 그으 인생은 헛되지 않으리라.

감히 한마디 //

죄없는자가 먼저 돌로 치라

누군가 죄를  지었을때 우리는 그들과 인연을 끊고 손가락질하고 이유여하 막론하고 

내삶에서 제외시킨다. 

한번의 드러난 죄로 가지고도 주홍글씨를  새겨 놓는다

드러낸 죄로 말이다

그러나 사람은 

두종류의 죄로 분류될뿐이다

드런나죄

드러나지 않은죄

인간은 누구나 모두가 죄인이다

의인은 하나도 없다

마치 이땅에 죄를 지으려 태어난것처럼 말이다

그러나 

사람은  참으로 특이하다

남의 죄는 들보이고 나의 죄는 티와 같이 여기는 속성을 가지고 있다

사람은 그렇다

그러나 주님은 이땅에 죄인을 위해 하는 보좌 버리고 오셨다고 한다

그들을 위로하고 그들을 치료하고  성장 시키며 

천국가지 인도하려 이땅에 오셨다

그분을 바라보며 

오늘 하루도 죄인된 삶을 나누며 ....... 

그러면서 

죄인된 나는 질문한다.

죄인과 진정한 친구가 될 수 있을까?

58 그러므로 내 사랑하는 형제들아 견고하며 흔들리지 말며 항상 주의 일에 더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라 이는 너희 수고가 주 안에서 헛되지 않은 줄을 앎이니라(고전 15:58)

58 Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.(1Corinthians 15:58)
